Ftp site access not working

I was able to upload files to the ftp site yesterday afternoon, but have been unable to do so today. ftp.khedivebands.org is the address. Is there some problem with the ftp right now? I've verified my username and password is correct. I'm attempting to upload files using the windows explorer method in IE 8. Please advise.
