FTP slow for some reason

whats going on with the ftp server ? it seems to be loading slow and the response from the ftp seems oddly slow. i mean everytime i login it take 2-5 min for it to login and another 2-5 for browsing. its even worse at upload times.

If you're on stoli, i believe its running an extremely high server load, by the looks of it, i can't connect to quite a few stoli websites..
