FTP still down!!

I had a thread about this already but it has since been locked.

My website is up but somehow my FTP access is down: (error message below)

Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

I badly need to update my website, so can ye guys please get my FTP support back?

Also I forgot to mention but CPanel access is also down and MySQL too!

Your cPanel http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 is working fine for me.
What address you are putting in FTP HOST?

In FTP im using: "pflx.x10hosting.com" (my x10 domain)

Try using "chopin.x10hosting.com"

I tried that but I still get the same error message.

The account panel should be back online in a few hours, once it is try logging in and changing your password. See if that solves the issue. If it does not please post back.

I tried changing my password but I still can't use FTP...

However I can now get into my CPanel and MySQL is back up too!

Are you using your cPanel login info for FTP or using a created FTP account?
