hi, I noticed Starka was having some DDoS/lag related issues lately, but just in case my issue is unrelated, I'm going to post it anyway. The site says there is no upload file size limitations, however, I am unable to upload anything over ~16.5MB... Filezilla receives an FTP timeout command and attempts to reconnect and resume the upload but Starka denies the resume request. Is this a misconfiguration of the FTP server, or possibly related to the DDoS attack that's going on? I also tried manually uploading from cPanel, but that also timed out at roughly the same point. The current file is roughly 210MB but I also had the same experience with a larger file a week or so ago.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you

FTP does have a file size limit. File manager would also have a limit, but it is set a little higher. The limits were set after investigating the size of common script packages.

It is a measure to keep people from abusing the unmetered space and uploading full length, copyrighted movies, and use the space for personal storage, which is prohibited.

What is the file you try to upload?

I am aware that FTP has a file size limitation, however, Filezilla(and many other well developed FTP clients) have the ability to resume files that exceed that limit by making a request to the server. Your server appears to be denying that request though

It is a video, roughly an hour in length. It is not a movie or anything, just a video recording. I will investigate any potential copyright issues, but I don't believe there are any.
