Why do I get this when I try to instal phpbb on my site:

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

mysql_connect function does not exist, is mysql extension installed? []

I can't seem to find a hosting account linked to your forum account. Please either post from the forum account associated with your hosting account, or link your existing one, by going to "Get Support" in the top right corner of your cPanel.

I wanted to test it by installing smf just to see if it had something to do with just phpbb or every forum I install. Thank you very much.
