german language on my site

Hello x10hosting,
in the ToS you wrote that only the languages english, fench and spanish are allowed on the user sites, but i need german for my site. Can you make an exception and allow me to use german as language on my site? I can't understand why you don't allow other languages. Can you tell me why you do this? I hope that you understand me.
You free hosting is very good, i love it. The cPanel is the best i've ever seen. I've tested over 15 freehosters (all over the world!) and you're service is the best!

I hope you allow to host my german site. If you say no, i hope you can explain me the reason.

You can use any language you like IF you provide a full translation.

Reason being we need to be able to review the site, and to do that we need to understand the content.

Thank you for the fast help.
This means that i can install wordpress, set german to primary language, set english to optional language and add a function to change the language on all sites, right?
Then I must translate all articles and sites to english, right?

Yes, that's correct.

If it would be a small portion, like comments, we'd not hit down on that for being in German (or other language), but the main content needs to be available in one of the languages mentioned in TOS.
