Getting 403 errors on posts with inline URL links

I am hosting 2 forums via X10hosting and both are experiencing the same error. Did some researching and I beleive I'm running into an issue where "ModSecurity" needs to be whitelisted from https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=2132136

I am hosting phpbb forums and when I place more than 3 inline links it gives a 403 error
example:

[url=www.google.com]Click Here to go to google[/url]

admittedly I'm not the most experienced with phpbb as of yet and have the forums functioning. I am not sure where to find the error logs to confirm. That this is the case with 100% certainty.

I'll do that, as a side note I tried linking this to it through the options in settings and I was unable to do that
