Getting a members page how?

Yes i am looking for getting a members page.
I want to allow people to join my website and be able to login.
Is there anyway i can do this?

Basically you'll have to make a PHP + MySQL (or XML) script to do that. If you don't know what I'm talking about and don't want to learn PHP just to do this I recommend you use Joomla or some other CMS that already have a pre-build user management system.
