Hi Everyone,

I had a free hosting site suspended (I was clearly in the wrong)
I am not going deny I have broken the terms of service, and understand why there is such a severe regarding what I did.

However my personal website also ran on the free hosting account and I have lost access to many hours of work not related to my suspension.
I updated my site via an FTP IDE called codeanywhere, so I dont have any local copies of my data available.

I fully accept that I will never be able to operate my free hosting site again, but I would like to get an extract of the server files that ran my personal website.

Is it possible to get FTP access back for a couple of hours or so to retrieve my data? Otherwise a download from my personal domain folder would be very much appreciated, (this is my full name which I would prefer not to post here)

Sorry to waste administrators time.

My suspension appeal was immediately closed and disregarded as I was clearly in the wrong which is understandable.

Short answer, no.
With a permanent suspension there's no way to get access to anything on the account.

Suspensions
If an account is suspended for a breach of the Terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or in part to an account holder that has been suspended.

Thanks for the swift response,

it would have been nice to restore some of that time, but I guess I will have to learn the hard way
