But I log into my cpanel multiple times a week. What's going on, as I just got a final warning.

Make sure you do login at: https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

Logging in directly to cPanel won't count, only when you use the sso portal the login is actually noted to the account.

I received a final warning today to login. But Im 100% sure I'm logging in every week or so (a few times each month), and through the login portal at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login.

According to logs the last login prior to today is noted on June 2nd, before that it was logged at May 27th.
