Getting "Server Error"

I registered an account two days ago, got "server error" when trying to http://margosha.x10.mx, looked through the forum&wiki, discovered that in some cases this phenomenon resolves itself in several hours. In my case i'm waiting approx 48 hrs but nothing happens
What am i doing wrong? Or, maybe, there are some restictions cause I live in France?
