getting SQL errors

apparently there is something wrong with your SQL servers, I haven't really been able to start my site because I haven't been able to configure it. Every time I turn around I'm gettng a SQL error like this one:

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

#07000(proxy) all backends are down [1105]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

Kinda off and on but happends every few minutes, I just got this message:

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]
