I was trying to get my email address deleted from my account so I can create a new account using that same email. I was given a ticket number and was supposed to respond to verify my email address to be taken off, but when I clicked to open the ticket and log in I got an error saying:
Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /home/support/public_html/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 172
Please Help
