going in circles

Hi, just trying to figure this free website thing out. I registered an hour ago, and recieved a conformation that took me to a page that that said to create a support ticket if nothing happens within 1/2 hour. I seem to be going in circles here. Can anybody help? I'm just trying to create a free website.
