Good'ole 508 Resource Limit Hit

Ok, I believe I did my homework. I read this and this, and still can't figure out what's awry.

"you can check in the 1H Stats section in your cPanel", they say... But:



The say:

if you find yourself suspended please log into cPanel and attempt to figure out what is causing the high CPU usage and disable it so that you do not get suspended again after your site comes back online​

But the resource usage report says nothing:



So... what now?

I have a multi-site installation of WP, so any of them will do. This one for instance.
