If it didn't,then you are completely cut-off and you should try later.
(It usually happens when network optic fibers are damaged.)

You have a resolving issue.
First, Try flushing dns records and clearing browser cache.
Then,set your primary dns server to 8.8.8.8

Are you in some NIT or iit? Then it would be difficult.
Else, go to
Network Connections >> Network Adapter (LAN,etc)>> right click to open network properties>>
internet protocal (ipv4) >> again click properties
Use the following ip address:
Dont change this (if you are using ppp/ppoe or in college campus)
Use the followinf dns server:
primary 8.8.8.8

That's a rather funny trace route you have there. For some reason, Google.com is resolving to a DSL Connection. At my end, the DNS name behind it is showing the same name as yours is when I look it up for that particular IP. Do you by any chance use proxy software such as Hotspot Shield or the Tor network? Have you checked to see if any Malware is at play? What is the contents of the file at C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts (Open this in Notepad, it will be an "All Files" file since it does not have an extension)?
I can definitely tell you, that besides the awful latency, the trace to Google is not normal at all. You're going from your ISP's network, to Tata links, then onto Level3 and finally to Telepac. That is in no way a Google trace. More than likely you'll see the trace going from your ISP onto a network such as Level3/Global Crossing (gblx), and then to Google's own network. If your ISP has peering with Google like mine does, you'll go from your ISP's network straight onto Google's.
As a heads up, here's the IPs my DNS server here at my home resolves google.co.in to: 74.125.91.105, 74.125.91.147, 74.125.91.104, 74.125.91.106, 74.125.91.99 and 74.125.91.103.
Facebook.com resolves to 66.220.158.32, 69.63.189.16, 69.63.181.12, 69.63.189.11. I also receive an IPv6 address of 2620:0:1cfe:face:b00c::3 .
I would be interested in seeing a trace to both www.facebook.com and facebook.com.
EDIT: On a final note, here's what a Trace to Google should look like. It will be different from your ISP, as well as the IPs possibly being different, but it gives you an idea.

Everything is working fine in an operating system installed in virtual machine. does that show that my pc has some kind of malware which is preventing me to open big sites.
not only facebook but i can not open youtube as well

Yes it would, indicate that there is a malware infection at play. Here's what you need to do:
1: Download and install both MalwareBytes and SUPERAntiSpyware using the below links:

http://superantispyware.com/
Perform a full scan using both programs with the updated definitions, cleaning out any infections they find. Once completed, move to the second step:
2: Opening C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts in Notepad again, erase the contents of that file and replace it with the following:
Lastly, open up command prompt as Administrator (Start Menu > search cmd > Right click and choose "Run as Administrator") and run the following command:
ipconfig /flushdns (and then press Enter)
From here, reboot your PC and try visiting the above websites. They should work.
@MaestroFX1: My ISP doesn't offer IPv6 connectivity to Residential users yet. Only people who buy dedicated Enterprise connectivity get those, and some FiOS users if you happen to be the lucky few to have native IPv6 connectivity. Right now I'm using an IPv6 Tunnel via Hurricane Electric which is performed directly at my router (Destiny) itself, so that I don't have to deal with tunnels on every device. My home network has IPv4/IPv6 Dual-Stack connectivity and DNS up and running on it already. I run my own DNS server from home, so that is a huge plus for me. The http://test-ipv6.com/ shows me as having a 10/10 for both IPv4 and IPv6.
