Google Custom Search

Hello I am trying to add a basic Google Custom Search Engine to my site next to the header with the sitebuilder's HTML function. While I see the search bar on the sitebuilder environment in the draft and published versions it does not appear. I used Google Chrome's inspect element tool to see if it is there (it is) and then looked at the code and noted the CSE has a hidden attribute. Could anyone help me in making the Google CSE visible?
