Hi, I can log into my X10 account and access cPanel, but if I try to load my website I get this

and if I try to get into my Wordpress account for the site, I get this

I cannot figure out how to fix this. Can anyone help? I have the latest version of WP installed if that makes a difference.

a lot has happened in the last few weeks.
like the migrating from cpanel to DirectAdmin mess.
it has many dazed and confused about how to fix the errors.

1- do you use cloudflare ?
2- can you sign into the new DirectAdmin panel ?
3- do you have an htaccess file with anything related to SSL ?

1. I don't know what cloudflare is, so I don't think I use it.
2. I'm not sure how to do that. When I log into my account on the X10 website, there is an option to open cPanel, but nothing about DirectAdmin. Would that mean my site hasn't switched over yet?
3. I have a .htaccess file, but there is nothing about SSL on it.

If you go to https://x10hosting.com/sso/login,
on the next window (when you sign in), click 'quick ftp',
mine shows as xo5.x10hosting.com (Port 21) (hasnt migrated yet)
if you migrated youd be like x11, x12, x15 or something.
You said you can log in, so you must be on one of the new servers.

As for the wordpress, was it installed before you migrated ?
if it was your database or other file is likely broke now.
many migrations did not go so well.

It says " x13.x10hosting.com (Port 21)". And yes, I had WP installed before it migrated. I saw another post earlier that said they had made backups of everything in case anyone had a site issue after they migrated over. I can't find that site right now though, but I'll try again tomorrow.

When you log to you account, if you click the button to open CPanel, it will open DirectAdmin. Staff just didn't change the name of it.

@ julie.serendipity35
maybe staff can do something with your other database and help get it working.
if it was me though and nothing really much, id just reinstall it & get a fresh database.

Those errors would be due to your site being directed to use https, this could be something you have in the wordpress settings. If it is there are a few options to restore it to the non https version, one option is to use phpmyadmin and alter the database. There also a couple options where you edit files only as per this article: https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/

@springbox99 Yeah I see that now where it says DirectAdmin. I saw it before and just assumed it was a new layout.

@spacresx That's what I ended up doing, just deleting the WP installation I had and reinstalling it. I didn't think I had an export of my site, but I found it.

@Anna I don't have my site set up to use https so I'm not sure why it was suddenly acting like I needed to.

All in all, I've got my site back now. Thanks everyone for the help.
