I have seen hardly anything more terrible. Huge formalities to set it up and guess what. The file manager does not load files. After 2 hours of fight, it does and says loading data for 5 minutes ... next 'data error'. GREAT !!! It takes ages for a link to open. Amazing ...

What shall I say ... Keep it up ??? !!!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a lot difficulties with your new account.

We are aware that the server your account happened to land on (Lotus) is currently not at its prime. We are also working on getting it back to normal behavior as soon as possible.

The experience you had so far is not the normal behavior of the server.
