Hello,
Well this is the story pretty much. At first somehow, someone was able to change a java client that was on our page. But then, somehow, the same person hacked my account, so I cannot login. The account is familyman96@gmail.com. I need help on how to resolve this issue. How do I fix it/ Recover it?

I really need help!

The tricky part is that's not the email showing on the hosting account; it's showing one closer to what your username is on the account itself (your cpanel username). If you can still login to the account panel, look for the Password Reset option - that should change your FTP, Forum, and Cpanel passwords so you can login again, and then from there it's just figuring out what they changed and changing it back.

I can see some of the problem/confusion might have to do with the fact that email is listed under another account then the one linked with the forum account used to post here.

Seem you have two forum accounts, and two hosting accounts. Support requests must always be done with the linked forum account.

You can use the "forgot password" link at https://x10hosting.com/control to gain a new password for the account under that email, as long as you have access to the email account.
