has my account been terminated?

hello.

i could not login for quite a while (around a month). i was in the hospital.

my url is arkantos.exofire.net
i cant seem to login to the account panel - says that no account exists.

has my hosting account been deleted / terminated?

Hello

It is very likely that it was terminated. All inactive accounts are automatically terminated.

An account is considered to be inactive if you do not login to the forums for two weeks after which it would be suspended. If the account remains suspended for more then 10 days it gets deleted.

thanks for the reply.

i think i had paid upgrades in this account (checking my email records) - doesnt that increase my time out or something??

is there any hope of getting my sites back?

if you paid the $3 you have one year from purchase date where you do not need to log into the forums. After the year is up you need to either pay again or start loggong in every two weeks.

if you can provide the cpanel name you had I can check if there's any record of when it were terminated and possibly why.

i paid 9.90 USD

i do have backups but they are quite old - more than 2 months.

if i recreate my hosting account, will it have the add-ons as my previous account had?
is there any hope of getting my sites back?

to the best of my knowledge i am hosted on Lotus Server

thank you for looking into this. i am quite frazzled right now.
a lot of work will be lost

you'd start with a "blank" account, so you'd need to get it applied manually again. I can not do it, an admin with higher rank need to deal with it.

ps. judging by the amount, you did not pay the fee to remove login requirements, I'm guessing it is the double all deal, which only upgrades your account regarding space, bandwidth and such things. You still need to login to the forums to keep the account active.

When you have signed up again, please post back to get the thread escalated to a ticket for an admin to check and apply the add-on again (if applicable).

yes, that was the double all deal. i dont mind paying that again.
and this time i will definitely pay for the 1 year login grace.

but my data?? is there any hope??

no sorry, terminated accounts are not retrievable.

The sad part is you only missed the chance to reactivate it by a few days. The account were terminated on the 10th.

no matter, i have decided to move to a different service provider - one that doesnt delete user data so rampantly.

if i could get my data back, i would probably have stayed here, and gladly paid all the money x10 wanted - but no use hoping.

I'll escalate this support ticket to staff so an administrator can apply your upgrades to your new hosting account.
