my account has been suspended, but whe i tried to log in in my cpanel got a msg with
An Error Occurred
Unfortunately an unexpected error occurred while attempting to process your request.

anyone know why? thank you so much have a nice day

I'm not seeing a hosting account associated with black90x. If your account has been prematurely terminated when suspended due to the migrations, please let us know and we should have some backups available for you.

Just to add, I'm looking into this; the site is still returning "This site is suspended" so I don't think it's been terminated. If you happen to know the cPanel username and I haven't replied with it yet, add it, because that'll aid in locating it in a hurry.

Found it, although the likely cause of the problems is it's linked to a completely different hosting account with a different email address; if you have other email addresses you may have used during signup, try logging in with those, as it's not under the email you're posting under.
