I have completely lost access to the hosting account I purchased. Have you shut down your servers?

x10hosting is very much alive, however these forums however are mainly community driven support for free hosting and few that frequent these forums have access to the premium side of x10hosting (https://x10premium.com), are you able to login to the clients area at: https://clients.x10premium.com/login
If so putting in a ticket there is likely going to get you faster help, if not you should also be able to reach the premium support team by email: support@x10hosting.com

We have no affiliation at all with them so we would not be able to point you anywhere except suggesting going to their site and seek any information there.

My mistake. I didn't notice the reversal of the x and 10 in the two names. Sorry to trouble you.

I don't know anything about any premium side. I am an original purchaser of 10xhosting from when it first launched. I was given access to the platform, and for support and guidance, I found helpful information here https://www.pissedconsumer.com/, but it currently doesn't work anymore.
You need to contact the hosting provider’s customer support immediately with your account details and purchase information to recover access.
