Having problems early on..

I just signed up for a free web hosting today and when i try to go to either my primary domain or my cPanel URL it repeatedly tells me that the address cant be found..

i figured maybe the server could be down but the server ip that's listed in my account information doesn't match up with the only server that is listed as having cPanel down. i also can't access the server through ftp.

any ideas?

A DNS entry may not have been made for your account.

The administration has been notified of this issue.
