Having trouble with forum theme... Again xD

I deleted the theme that didn't let me click on anything but when I went on the site again it pops up this
"Unable to load the 'html_above' template."
Did I mess up my files?
Do I have to do anything?

Can we have a little more information? Such as what what forum you are using and how did you install it?

BE VERY CAREFUL

1. cPanel --> PHPMyAdmin
2. Left side menu, something like _smf1 ... click
3. Left side menu, smf_settings ... click
4. Table with variables and values will appear
5. Click on variable ... that should sort the list a->z
6. Click again ... should sort z->a
7. Find theme_guests ... if the value is not 1, click on the pencil icon and change the value
8. Repeat for theme_default and theme_allow

That should work.
