So the whole part about:

That's right in the TOS? It's right in there; this is a permanent suspension.

In the first section of the TOS, it states this:

* File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech.

Please note, this is a zero tolerance suspension so the account cannot be brought back to a working status. Also keep in mind you checked a box stating that you agreed to the Terms of Service before the account was requested.

I just wanted to see how it is working.
my purpose is to learn web hosting, programming languages.
well if you can delete the scripts and let me have my web again, please!

Purpose is of no interest, the script should not have been uploaded as it is a violation of the TOS you agreed to when signing up.

The account will not under any circumstances be re-activated.
