You have to go ino cPanel, open up file manager, and replace the default index, html with your own. Your cPanel name and password was specified at signup.

If you've created a website already, just upload your site. But first thing's first, you need to delete that index.html file that is in there.

it appears to me that you have successfully deleted the default index.html file.

I get an index of/ instead that is empty. The question now is where did you put the files for your smf?

You need to use the upload feature of the file manager to upload a file. If the file is not named index.html or .htm or .php, then you will get a directory listing. LadyAnna is an account manager, so she knows your hosting account details but we don't. Please post your site, what your doing, ect.
Edit:
No, thats good. Please post your site so we can help.

I get an installation site for your smf now, so I guess you figured out where to put what

if you still see the default welcome page, try clearing your browser cache.

The SMF Installer is very laggy. & its not moving. Just keeps loading so this host is slow?

normally it is not, but at times it can be a little slower then the normal state.

btw, in order to install smf, you'd need to create a database and a user to go with that through cPanel first, have you done so?
