i was trying to upload skadate community software version 7 to test it and my account is suspended again its saying

Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. Details: rapidleech is prohibited on x10hosting's servers.
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.


but i did not uploaded rapidleech ! please unsuspend my account thanks very much

Sure does look like you have, in the file the system reported, I do find this:

Suspensions for TOS violations are permanent, which means the account will remain suspended and no access will be granted for any reason.
