When i visit Fantastico Deluxe it says
Fantastico is unable to connect to your MySQL server at this time. Please contact your host for assistance.
Why is it so..i didnt change anything..Is dis problem related to the unlimted bandwidth and disk space stuff????

If the files relates to your website, and you have the right to distribute them, yes you can host them here.

However if they are not in relation to your website they'd fall under file hosting, which is not allowed.

I can upgrade you to the unlimited plan, just be aware that there's a couple other things changing as well, such as number of databases, addon domains and parked domains.

It's working fine here, but I have to ask - you have the required Copyright, as in you created, all of the songs you are currently linking to?

Cause I found multiple artists in that list. Multiple of both genders and multiple regions and multiple songs that you can't redistribute. Almost 800 links to be precise. I've got it suspended for the moment because I'm still trying to figure out how you can be 10 different people at once, one including an Australian band called Eastern Dark, another being Alvina Gonson. If you can explain how you are the original creator and/or have the rights to redistribute the music let us know - that's what Anna said was allowed, but given the content on the site, I have my doubts you actually -are- legally able to redistribute the music.

Oh, and just buying the music doesn't count.

eastern dark is an artist from manipur(please visit www.easterndark.com for refernce) and Alvina is a female artist...Well we are a music organization who has the required right to archive all our regional songs....Please read more about manipur...we got the right to distribute all the songs that are featured on our site..As a result,i take permission from Anna and she gave me the green signal....Please unsuspend my account,its causing much trouble to our listeners

At this point personally, I need to see the proof that you have all the rights required in order to unsuspend the account. There's way too many artists listed on the site to blindly unsuspend it without proof of the organizations acquired right to archive all the regions songs.

Intriguing; right at the top you flat out say you don't hold the copyright, and that on the next line the copyright and permission are the sole right of the respective copyright holder. That implies to me that you -dont- have the rights to redist these :/

Well u can ask any manipuri if they know about AMMIK(all manipur matam eshei kanglon)..Every artist here in manipur has to register with AMMIK if they want to produce songs/albums and those artist that are not recognised by us are not listed on our site...Also i would like to mention that,we don't add freshly released songs....and also if a producer wants to produce something,he has to have our permission and in the process we sign a MOU with them...In this MOU,it is clearly written that,we can use their productions for non-commercial use....

Edit: While we're at it, if you do have the rights to redist, why are you storing them on sites like 4shared, and not distributing them from your x10 account?

Well,AMMIK has no official website so far....And we are trying hard to develop a website dedicated to AMMIK and all its members..I Think u don't know anything about a poor state like manipur...
we use 4shared to host our files because earlier you use to have diskspace limitations and recently you guys just upgraded to unimited diskspace...And we are thinking to host our files here after your upgrade..And thats why i ask Anna if i can host such files..Lemme ask u a question,if we are doing anything,why would in first would we have ask your permission?? I think people who do such illegal stuff will never bother to do so...
And also,please check each songs link in our website..You will find that there are songs which was added/hosted 1 year back long before the existence of this website(which means that we do use online file sharing site to host our files)

You wouldn't be the first to ask if they can host something and then either don't wait for the response, or assume they won't get caught and do it anyways, promptly getting suspended.

In any case, I'm going to escalate this up to the higher up staff at this point. I'm still not seeing any proof that you've actually got the legitimate rights to be redistributing the music.
