I can't login to my cPanel on Lotus! & Mysql isn't working!

Hi its ben 3 weeks and im concerned all i get is a blank screen http://trillionaire.x10hosting.com/socialnetwork/home.php can anyone shed sum light this is becoming painful !

Go to the Account Panel and change your password and then try again.

Also, try to use the button 'Login to cPanel' in Hosting in Account Panel.

whats is the objective once able to login to cpanel? do u have a link for the Account Panel?

Thank you all i have now reset the login and i am now able to access the control panel .... i was abit worried at first because the account management page showed i had no content on the disk space however it says i have on the cpanel ..

Please how do i get the site back online now as its still blank http://trillionaire.x10hosting.com/socialnetwork/home.php

What sort of script are you running?

One thing to try.
Log into cPanel
Try clicking on 'PHPMyAdmin'
If it gives you an error like 'Access denied',

On cPanel front page, click on Remote MySQL

Add Access Host

int.fris.x10hosting.com
69.175.6.94

Then clear your browser cache and try your site again.
