Dear X10,

This is Jason Colwell (jcolwell in cPanel, jcolwell222 in the forums), writing from a friend's account because mine is totally inaccessible. I have been busy and forgot to log into the forums for long enough to get my account suspended. I logged into the forums first, successfully, then, tried to log in to my account itself to have the suspension lifted. But my password no longer worked. So I tried the "forgot password" link, which asked for my e-mail address. It's either an old one, now inactive, or the address mail@jasonandrewcolwell.co.cc attached to my X10 account itself. I cannot receive mail from the co.cc address because I'm asked for my X10 password by my e-mail client, which password no longer works. So I seem to be frozen out of all accounts. What can I do? Could you send a note to ****** ? (That's my work address.)

Thanks,

Jason Colwell

When you tried to sign into the Account Panel, did you use your email address instead of your Forum name?

We strongly advice against having a contact email that relies on your account actually being active. You do indeed have the email address you created in cPanel as contact email (mail@jasonandrewcolwell.co.cc). You will need to use that as your username when logging into the account panel.

I have unsuspended your account for now, you should be able to use the forgot password link if you don't know the password, it should however be the same password as you have for the forum account jcolwell222.

Please update the contact email to one provided by a third party as soon as possible to avoid trouble in case there's any issues with the account in the future.
