Help me in loging to panel

I dont know about the password and username in cpanel its not auto redirecting to logged its asking to login whats my details please help me in this

Can you login to the AIP with your email address and password? If you can't, please use the Forgot Your Password feature on the login page.

The AIP is located at https://x10hosting.com/control/

Once you have successfully logged in, please click to Hosting and then click the 'Log in to cPanel' button. This should automatically log you in.

iam also not logging into ftp

When you've logged into https://x10hosting.com/control/ , go change or update your password there. It'll update your password for your account panel, forum account, and cPanel all at once.
