That account is not linked to your forum account, so I cannot ask that it is unsuspended for you. You do not have any hosting account at all, from what I can see. Do you have multiple forum accounts? What is your CPanel user name?

I see that your suspension reason is inactivity. You are able to unsuspend your self through account panel, log in withe the forum account linked to the hosting account and click suspension reports.

It is a requirement that you login to the forums at least once every 31 days. Only logins with the forum account that is linked to your hosting account counts in this case. So you should use the forum account dbthaik16. Also you need to always use that for support requests.

Actually even without nulled vbulletin the account had multiple violations; I forwarded it to administrators when I saw the first one I'm about to list.

Here's the list of all the reasons we found:

Unsupported Language with no translation available (Vietnamese)
Nulled vB
Nulled vBSEO
Shoutbox (explicitly disallowed in TOS if it's running on x10, which this one was)

In any case, the suspending admin marked it for nulled scripts as that's the most severe out of the bunch. Just wanted to clarify all the reasons for the record

That's a no-can-do. Zero Tolerance rules dictate your account remain suspended permanently. You have violated X10's TOS in multiple ways, so you're going to have to deal without your data.

Besides, according to the TOS you violated, you're responsible for your own backups. You should have your own anyways.

Recreate it from scratch.

On x10 what ever you have they are gone. Thats it. You may feel that i am telling it harsh but that is true.Your site remains suspended and you can't get anything from it.

Gotta say it blunt; it's in the TOS, it's mentioned explicitly during signup, and there's no shortage of posts on it.

Frankly I find the most ironic part about this to be that the guy just "no helped" everyone in this post when it's his own fault he got suspended
