Help my site doesn't work,

Sorry for insisting but,

Here I can't open it, the chrome always recieve this error after seconds of waiting, firefox throw a "The connection was reset" error.
I can't ever login to my cPanel
this is happening since like 3 months ago, I thought it was due to some migration issues but now i dont think so.

Please check it.

Does this only happen when attempting to access your x10Hosting website and cPanel?
Do you have any difficulty browsing other websites?

Yes, I've tried all the possible browsers, Chrome, Firefox, IE, all of them says timeout or something like that, All of them try to connect but it times out, and others users tried to connect from its locations, and the same, it doesn't work, I assume it may be something with our country Peru, maybe some firewall or something, It used to work like 3 months ago. please check it out

Chrome Error:
Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error.
IE Error:
the page cannot be displayed
Firefox Error:
The connection was reset

i asked some friends from Asia (not sure the country), Brazil and they can access. I hope this help.

Today I tried with a different Internet Provider, I used Claro Peru USB Modem, and i could access the website, what would be wrong with Speedy (The main ISP in Perú) ?, Or where is the real problem?

I just got access to my site (which is in chopin)

now chopin returns me a web saying :

If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner:
webmaster@chopin.x10hosting.com

and stuff

the other urls timed out including http://stoli.x10hosting.com.

Any explanation?

If the urls are timing out it is a problem with your ISP and possibly their ability to resolve the URLs.
They should all return the "If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner: webmaster@chopin.x10hosting.com" page if your connection is working properly.

Now, chopin times out again and my web isn't available as consequence.

well I talked to my ISP and they told me they're blocking the x10hosting hosts, the exact reason, they don't know but chances are good that theyre blocking it because the host may be sending spam, or farming or other kind of forbidden things, so that they are automatically blocking it, They asked me to tell you to check what is going on, (I know, not to much information) but thats what they told me, now is up to you x10hosting to determine if youre sending something illegal or not.

I need your feedback about this.

Note: right now the host are responding well. but i need to know anyways. maybe in days they are gonna be unavailable for us again.

Basic fact is that x10hosting has tens of thousands of accounts.

It doesn't take a large percentage of miscreants to create problems.

As soon as x10hosting is notified of a problem (spammers, nulled scripts, phishing sites, etc), they check and then cancel the account. They consistently check on their own, they do not wait for complaints.

But some ISPs and mail providers like Hotmail and Yahoo assume it is just one big domain and insist on blocking everything.
