Help! My website is not loading!

I just uploaded all the files to the server in the \public_html folder and have the index.html file. Types set to text/html. I've even tried going directly to the file (nicolebardales.elementfx.com/index.html) and nothing, just this page: http://www.nicolebardales.elementfx.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I've run out of ideas... please help!

If you still get redirected to /cgi-cys/defaultwebpage.cgi please try clearing your browser cache, your site shows up for me at this time. You'll want to check your coding as well as it seem to constantly reload.

There's often a delay before the webpage does show up when you add a new domain to the system (new accounts or domain updates).
