I have made a host named estweb.elementfx.com If i try to go on that page in browser it says this website doesn´t exist but i put my html files to public html folder in filezilla. What should i do?

I get a 403 permission denied. Make sure your index page has permissions of 0644 and public_html is 0750

@descalzo - I've been looking through recent support tickets and chatting to him on IRC, and it appears he's done everything right (permissions right, transfer type correct) and other people on his server (Lotus) are having similar problems.
