[Help!]When I visit my webpage, it doesn't show

Hey guys, I just created a domain name and hosting solution through x10hosting, but when I visit the webpage, it says that this domain name is still available for registration.

It has been about 48hours since registration, are there steps that I'm missing? I have already uploaded the index.html into the public_html folder.

I sincerely appreciate any help, thanks guys!

and
