HELP!!! Where is my SQL Databases?

Hi, my websites don't work cause of connection to MySQL server is lost (see site_err.jpg).
When I log in to hosting control panel I see the folowing (see Error.jpg)

No data has been lost as a result of this. Your databases are still there, but currently they're simply not appearing in cPanel due to the MySQL Daemon being offline.
