I need a bit of help here. I helped run my girlfriend's site through x10. It was called magicalmiracles.x10hosting.com. I normally log into the forum every week or so, but the past few weeks it has slipped my mind and the account entered suspension.

The problem is that the system won't let me open up a support ticket for the server I'm on, but doesn't tell me what server I am on, and even more confusing, when I try to check the hosting account, it claims I have no hosting plan. It tells me to read the forum, but I've looked through the announcements and there doesn't seem to be anything about support tickets not being able to be opened.

I'd badly love to recover the articles she wrote for her site, she was planning on upgrading to paid hosting here and didn't want to write it all from scratch again. I have to take responsibility for this since she didn't know what she had to do.

Is there any way I can get some help with this? I set her up with a co.cc domain, which is magicalmiracles.co.cc, but it doesn't load.

I hope it's not gone forever, if an admin/mod could PM me, and there might be a chance of some sort of backup of the site, I would absolutely appreciate it :). Even a text only version of the articles would be better than nothing, as they are pretty long.

Thanks!

Without the cPanel username we cant get much further then to discover that the domain can not be found in the system.

If it got suspended for inactivity, and remained in that state for more then 14 days, the account would likely have been terminated, meaning all data is removed from our servers. In that case, nothing would be recoverable.
