Help

I was using the computer (not this one) and the screen kept turning black every few seconds. Now it's black again and there is a moving box (like on a screen saver) that says "Self Test Feature Check" and lists the colors red, green, blue, and white below. I can't see my mouse on the screen and the computer has no reaction to anything I press on the keyboard except for the caps lock button and that doesn't help at all. I turned the computer off, but the screen was the same when I turned it on again. How do I get rid of it!!!??? Please help.

Never mind, I got it. Sorry. I feel really stupid now.
