Okay I have some question and a help .


1. When going to the Cpanel clicking on the Softaculous something like that, it is for the forums, wp , etc installations software i get this error:

Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

I don't know why. I really need this to install my SMF (cba installing and uploading manually...).

2. I am in the High Risk country.

Do I have to wait 7 days with a running website to lift my limits?.

3. Hows the network speed in X10hosting?

I don't know the answer to all the questions but I'll try my best:

Yes, this issue has been reported several times and is pending administrator's action.
Meanwhile, feel free to install SMF manually or wait until this is fixed.

Yes. When 7 days have passed you should create a support ticket asking for the limits to be lifted.
