The problem I have is serious for accessing my site:
https://religiomoodle.pcriot.com/moodle28/course/index.php

We first said the kapersky antivirus is an unsafe site, but if I go in it tells me that:

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Also, a 404 Not Found error occurred while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you help me with the problem?

What procedure can I do?

Very grateful

You would need to remove the https and only use http for your site as it stands now. It has to do with a "feature" of apache where the sites that doesn't have a valid certificate is getting "apache functioning normally" on the base address and usually error 404 on any specified folder/file as there is technically no notation of the https version in the configs.

We are looking into finding a workaround so at least the proper content would be shown when using https. Free hosting does not support ssl so it would still lack certificate but be viewable.

You would need to configure your script to use http only and the how would be depending on what script you have (as it is right now your site automatically directs any attempts to visit on http to the https. This is typically controlled either by .htaccess or a setting within the script (without admin access you may have to edit database).

If that isn't answer to what you ask, please keep in mind support is officially only in english, I do not know the language you speek.

Hello Anna. I do not quite understand what is really there. Can you solve it yourself?
Or I have to access
.htaccess / moodledata /

And change what? add that?

The data that is now in .htacces

deny from all
AllowOverride None
Note: this file is broken intentionally, we do not want anybody to undo it in subdirectory!

Can you tell me specifically the command to delete or add?

Thank you

Normally we don't provide support regarding scripts, but due to the circumstances I went in and looked at your account.

All I had to do was change one thing in your config.php, I altered the wwwroot to use the non http domain.

Hello Anna, I am having the same problem; my site axi.x10.mx is showing the Apache page even though I have tried several .htaccess rewrites from HTTPS to HTTP. I am not using Wordpress or any site builder. I can't find the file config.php, it must be admin-only. Can you please edit the config to use the non http domain?

if you dont have any site builder or CMS script,
you need to look in htaccess for anything refering to https.

I said I have tried several .htaccess rewrites from HTTPS to HTTP. It can probably be fixed by the config.php edit, so I'll have to wait.

your just staring fired with that kind of answer, we after all do not have acesss to the PHP.ini

Check your we-config for this line
PHP:
define('FORCE_SSL_ADMIN', true);

Next check if your URLs in the general settings tab is using http both your wordpress and site address should use this

Next use Search and Replace to edit your database URLs from https to http

I advice you do do these manual checks instead of an .htaccess rewrite

Sorry, I am not using Wordpress or any site builder. I have no idea when this will be resolved, so I created a temporary backup site on another host. I'm sure the admins will figure this out sometime. Thanks for all your suggestions.

[/ QUOTE]

Muchas gracias Anna.
Trabajando correctamente.
