Did you recieve a confirmation email? And did you visit the link it told you to, so you could activate your account?

Also, had you tried to log into the account straight away after registering it? If so, it might have caused an error, the account might not have finished creating properly, you could wait a little while and see if it works, or, if it doesn't work...wait for Corey to reply here and i'm sure he will try his best to fix it.

I already Registered my Account, but i chose a upgrade, 2 days ago, i havnt receive any new mail

What kind of upgrade? Do you mean a php upgrade? Did you upgrade to the intermediate version of PHP?
