I would just like to let you know, that these rules were most definitely there when you joined, according to the modcp your join date was:

May 9th 2008

So you only have joined 9 days ago, these rules were in place far before then, from my point of view, the 7 day ban will stand, but we will wait for Starshine to let us know what he wants to do.

Your application was really limited in responses. In combination of the mod application rules, we had to follow the rules.
