Likely the issues as posted at https://community.x10hosting.com/community/threads/server-issues-all-servers.208924/

It is possible that, if you changed php version in the past, you need to revisit that page (under extra features in DirectAdmin) and recheck the version and what extensions are enabled.

Your server, x12, is however not fully restored so it could be as simple as that your account is not completed yet.

Discord is a chat application, to some extent similar to IRC if you are familiar with that, I believe that historically it was mostly used in the gaming community, it has capability of voice chat as well as text chat.

As for this error, it would likely be due to php version and/or enabled extensions being different from what the script requires, seem the restores have messed up those settings slightly, especially if you at some point changed them yourself.
