My name is Art and I am attempting to create as simple website for my ezine so I am here to try to find a couple of solutions so people can visit the website and view my ezine without having to fully download it but instead click the link and view as a pdf within the web browser... Glad to be part of the forum.

Welcome aboard -- but keep in mind that people still have to "fully download it" to read it if it's a PDF (font information can be stored in weird places in the file) even if the file is being opened in a PDF reader in the browser (Acrobat Reader plug-in or the neat, lightweight alternative in browsers like Google Chrome). If your 'zine is graphics-heavy, you may want to split it up into articles, sections or pages for a low-bandwidth-friendly viewing or provide a low-res version as regular web pages (with smaller graphics files) for online reading.
