On the control panel i am not able to delete file from public_html. Can you please help in this issue and do the thing form your end. Sending you admin details:

Very poor service, why no one is answering. Well i have heard about 10x customer service but i think its all fake.
Hey I am having problem please solve, this is second time i am raising ticket.
I m not able to delete few files form public _html in control panel while doing. please help me guys. this is very serious issue.

You should be able to remove them now, was a file permissions issue.
