High Cpu Usage???

Hi guys, you know me for being impatient. :happysad: here is my problem,
I have no anything special about my website. Its just a plain forum! and. i was installing mod in PhpBB and i have to edit files, so i Use File manager, so, while i edit, it just say, Login pleease! so i login, but still not accepted then i look at the panel, and Suspended account for HIGH CPU USAGE? :rant2:

Please fix immideatly Please! if not, Then i'm outta here. :rant2:

doesn't have to do with uploading files. You might be better advised to start posting things like "why? could someone explain to me what this means", instead of always being angry and grumpy especially since you are new here.
