High resource usage

I got the second suspension due to high resource usage, I don't want to be suspended another time so I want to know if an administrator could tell me what is generating this high resource usage, I have just a wordpress site in construction, with no articles.

I have unsuspended the account to help try to figure out where the high usage is coming from.
