High System Resource Usage Question?

Today I was installing a few Joomla extensions on my website keith-cancel.co.cc and I was changing settings of one of them and my account got suspended for High System Usage. I was curious what the exact qualifications of high system Usage are like 25% CPU for 10 seconds or using more 60 MBs of ram? Also suggestions to prevent this from triggering?

From what i can see SCRIPT_URL=/index.php/plugins/system/jcemediabox/css/jcemediabox.css is using the following:

cpu: 84.600
mem: 1.700

This is why you were suspended.

Do you have an addon that reloads a lot of content from a database or file? Maybe a chatbox or news box? I'd try disabling addons and see if that helps.
